The DoD Anti-Ram Vehicle Barrier List for Entry Control Facilities and Access Control Points is published by the US Army Corps of Engineers Protective Design Center, 1616 Capitol Avenue, Suite 9000, Omaha, Nebraska 68102. It exists to meet the requirements identified in UFC 4-022-01 for ECFs and ACPs, and covers barriers tested to ASTM International F2656 and to the retired Department of State standard SD-STD-02.01. The list is not intended as a complete catalog of every tested barrier on the market, and the Protective Design Center is explicit that inclusion on the list is not an endorsement of any product, only confirmation that a qualifying test report was submitted and validated.
The Protective Design Center reissues the list twice a year, in March and September, and a compliant test report must be received about a month before publication to make the next edition. Each new edition supersedes every prior one. The copy on this page reflects the March 2026 edition; the date badge in the bar at the top of every page always states which edition is on file here. When a newer edition is published, treat that document as controlling until this page is refreshed to match it.
